The Disney, Indiana Podcast
In this bi-weekly podcast, your hosts Tracey and Scott take you to Disney, Indiana and discuss books, movies, music, theme parks, video games and whatever else in the Disneyverse they'd like to talk about. They'll share audio clips, interviews and other surprises along the way. If you enjoy all aspects of the Mouse, come hang out in Disney, Indiana. Disney, Indiana cannot be found on any standard map. It's more of a state of mind, or more precisely a state of heart.

In today’s episode, our hosts,  Tracey and Scott celebrate the holiday season by playing some Disney Christmas recordings.  They share the Country Bear Christmas Special show that was featured at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.  Then they follow that with the 1958 record <i>A Christmas Adventure at Disneyland</i>.  Along the way they will also present the final Belle's Books segment for 2022 where Tracey will share her thoughts on the epic two volume book entitled <i>The Story of Marvel Studios</i>.  Tracey also discusses the Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration special that aired on ABC and is now streaming on Disney Plus and Hulu. Our hosts also check in with the Mortis over at the Main Street Cinema before wrapping up the podcast for the year

In today’s episode, our hosts,  Tracey and Scott take a look at a couple of new offerings from the DisneyPlus streaming service.  First up is Werewolf by Night a Marvel special presentation based on the Marvel Comics featuring the character of the same name.  Once they run out of wolfsbane, our hosts will take a look at Cars on the Road a series of shorts produced by Pixar based on the Cars franchise.  Along the way they'll tune into WWED for some more spooky sounds, call over to the Main Street Cinema for some spooky silliness and wrap up the episode with a look at some spooky schedules of Disney traveling exhibits.

In today’s episode, our hosts, Tracey and Scott share some park audio that they recorded in September 2022 at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Along the way, they'll take a look at Light and Magic, a 2022 documentary TV series directed by Lawrence Kasdan, produced by Lucasfilm Ltd. and Imagine Documentaries.  The documentary recounts the history of the motion picture visual effects company Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) from its founding in 1975 to its key role in the development of visual effects in filmmaking. After that, Tracey and Scott check in with the Mortis over at the Main Street Cinema before they wrap up the show.

In today’s episode, our hosts, Scott and Tracey, bring back one of the more popular segments as they play Make Mine Music by counting down their favorite songs from the Disney Legends Richard and Robert Sherman.  The duo is better known as the Sherman Brothers.  Over their career at Disney, they received four Academy Award nominations and a Grammy award and wrote over 200 songs for 27 movies and two dozen TV productions.  They also contributed music for several theme park attractions at Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Epcot.  With that large amount of output, our hosts will have a difficult time narrowing it down to their top five favorites.

All this plus a call to the Main Street Cinema to check in on the Mortis and a look at some upcoming Disney related events they might attend.
